Example support activities: • Development of strategic documentation including Strategic Agenda inputs, Dissemination and Exploitation related documents, Business Plans and supporting policy documentation. • Data Management • Designing processes and operating models • Market intelligence & competitive landscaping • Business development • Partnership and stakeholder engagement • Internal workshop design and facilitation • Support in the development of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework and processes • Training and onboarding for all topics listed above

Example support activities: • Support creation of internal control systems and processes of the newly established EIT Water legal entity • Provide legal review of compliance with EIT rules and requirements as outlined in the EIT legal framework • Development of key policies for the establishment of the KIC, e.g. Gender mainstreaming, Health, Safety and Environment, procurement, anti-fraud, IP, etc. • Development of internal management systems of KIC LE, e.g. quality, HSE.

Example support activities: • Provide structured project management support, drafting EIT deliverables preparation and stakeholder facilitation. • Operational support including procurement and financial control.
